HRM Solution supports data deletion requests through authorized HR/admin workflows.
Deletion options:
- Employee profile data correction and removal
- Uploaded files/documents removal
- Account-level deactivation and archival based on company policy
Some records may be retained for legal, payroll, audit, or compliance obligations.
